At Kartlly, we want your shopping experience to feel as joyful as unboxing your order. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders across India. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you within 24 hours of placing the order and issue a full refund.
We do not offer international shipping at this time. We're working on it — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand!
2. Shipping Methods
We partner with India's leading courier services to ensure reliable delivery:
- Delhivery
- Blue Dart
- DTDC
- Shadowfax
- Ecom Express
- India Post (for remote locations)
The courier assigned to your order is based on your delivery location and selected at our discretion to ensure the fastest, most reliable service.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are processed the same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on Sundays/holidays are processed the next business day
During sale periods, festive seasons (Diwali, Rakhi, Valentine's Day), or public holidays, processing may take 2–3 additional business days. We'll keep you updated via email and WhatsApp.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Please note: These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery timelines may vary due to courier performance, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Shipping Costs
We believe in transparent pricing. Our shipping charges are:

Cash on Delivery (COD): A convenience fee of ₹49 applies to all COD orders, regardless of order value. This helps cover the additional cost of COD handling.
All shipping charges and COD fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive:
- A confirmation email with your Air Waybill (AWB) number and courier details
- A WhatsApp notification with the tracking link
- A tracking link accessible through your Kartlly account under "My Orders"
You can track your order in real-time on the courier's website using the AWB number provided. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at roshanchauhandotnet@gmail.com.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts before marking an order as undeliverable. Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive the package and that your contact number is accurate.
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Recipient unavailability after multiple attempts
- Refusal to accept the package
…the order may be returned to us. In such cases:
- For prepaid orders, we'll refund the order value minus the original shipping charges and any return shipping costs incurred
- For COD orders, repeated refusals may result in restriction of future COD privileges on your account
8. Delivery Issues and Delays
Delays
While we do everything we can to meet our delivery estimates, delays occasionally happen due to:
- Weather disruptions, floods, or natural calamities
- Courier strikes or service disruptions
- Government restrictions, lockdowns, or public unrest
- Remote delivery locations
- Festival seasons with high order volumes
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
We'll proactively update you via email or WhatsApp if we anticipate a significant delay.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:
- Check the tracking link for the latest status
- Contact your local courier hub with your AWB number
- Reach out to us at roshanchauhandotnet@gmail.com with your order ID
We'll investigate with our courier partner and resolve the issue within 3–5 business days. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund at your preference.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging:
- Refuse delivery if possible and inform the delivery executive
- If already accepted, take clear photos and an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery
- Email us at roshanchauhandotnet@gmail.com with your order ID and the photos/video
We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Important: Claims of damaged packages without an unboxing video may be difficult to process, so we highly recommend recording one while opening any Kartlly order.
9. Address Changes
Address changes can be requested only before your order is dispatched. Once dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
To request an address change, contact us immediately at roshanchauhandotnet@gmail.com with your order ID. Changes are not guaranteed but we'll do our best to accommodate.
10. Signature and Identification
For orders above ₹2,500 or COD orders above ₹1,500, the courier may require:
- A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Driving License)
- Signature confirmation of delivery
This is to protect both you and us from fraudulent claims.
11. Multiple Shipments
In some cases, items from a single order may ship separately due to stock location or size differences. You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment. You won't be charged extra for multiple shipments.
12. Public Holidays
We observe all major national holidays. Orders placed on holidays will be processed on the next business day. During long holiday weekends, processing and delivery may take 1–2 additional business days.
